Alpine Classic Hill Climb

Distance: 200.00km | 124.27mi

Attempts: 166

Directions

OK OK, it's not "a climb" as such, but climbers love it anyway : Annual Audax event run on Australia Day long weekend. 200km route: Bright - Tawonga Gap - Tawonga - Mt Beauty - Falls Creek - Mt Beauty - Tawonga Gap - Bright - Mt Buffalo - Bright. (nb The stats are correct for the 200km route variation first introduced in 2004. For earlier AACs the Buffalo climb ended at The Chalet which involved about 4km less riding, 100m less climbing, and significantly less pain than the new turnaround at Dingo Dell)

Start Point: Bright, stationary

End point: Bright
