Pls excuse this post being slightly OT.

Lovely weather on the weekend so I took my 13yo son for a ride and he sailed up corkscrew rd on a road bike with ease. We didn't do repeats but he was barely puffing. Anyway I told him that's not bad for a boy his age and he wanted to know if many other primary school kids had ridden up there before. Anyone know the answer to this? I remember maybe 16 or 17 years ago Charlie Walsh had guys like me and O'Grady doing efforts up Corkscrew 10 times before finishing with another 100k after that.
