If you are just looking for working on your cadence I personally think any sort of trainer that attaches to your current bike is best, whether its Rollers or a trainer, as you are in the exact position you would be on the road. Which sure may not seem like a big deal but if you have had a proper bike fit then why change your riding style when training indoors. This sort of simulation can be achieved a lot cheaper than those professional spin bikes you get in gyms. Only thing with trainers is they can be noisy, which is why I think rollers are best, and more fun than being locked in one position. Hopefully will see you out at a Smokkelaars ride soon hey Matt!
