DOMs, has only one cure as far as I know. Rest! You could try a cool to cold bath or shower on your legs, but I have learnt through trial and error especially with squats with weights that I can only do them when my legs are warm! So best do them straight away after a ride, or in the case of a PT session, do a good 10 min at least warm up on the bike or cross trainer. I know everyone is different, but for me I now know I must have my legs warmed up before doing weights on them, otherwise it takes a good 2-3 days to feel somewhat better.
