Ever wanted SIMPLE tips that you can actually remember and understand and that make sense? Want to set pb's, climb better, drop weight easily, learn how/what to eat to ride/feel better? How much water? Do carbs make you fat? Do you have to starve to ride better? Gear selection tips. Bunch riding tips to climb better. Come and see my new bamboo bike. I make sure all my talks are fun, affordable and you actually learn the basic fundamentals!

I was riding with someone up Checkers Hill recently and I gave em some protocol that would get em 100% up Checkers with no walking. They said 'thats too simple Harley! I know what to do..'.
It was their first time and probably my 50th. I waited for em at the top for a few minutes and then saw a walking cyclist in the distance. When they arrived, I said 'your chain snap or your seeing what its like to push a 11$k 6.9kg carbon trolley from Giant?'. Lets just say the comment isnt 'suitable' for a family forum.
I see this ALL the time. People making climbing and riding WAY harder than it has to be and then they beat emselves up and think they are not cut out for it WHEN in fact they are WAY fitter than they think and are just riding with legs and no brains. Its like riding at the front of the bunch all day and then you wonder why you get dropped when its 'crunch time'.
I sure wish someone told me what took me a decade to work out, when I first got into cycling.

Hi Harley, Are you planning another session soon as I'm interested but have my nieces birthday that night. Your topic sounds cool and I'm interested in eating better and feeling better as I ride. Cheers, Ben

Thanks Ben.
Not sure when next doing a talk but Freelee is doing one the week after and I will be talking a bit there.
My next talk is in Melbourne, then Sydney and then LA and NYC. Will be back in Radelaide the end of the year and will put on more talks for sure.

Gday John, I do my talks internationally but they more nutrition/lifestyle focused than pure cycling like this on in Radelaide was recently.
Look up 'miss organic' next week and the dates/venue should be up.
