Baden Cooke and I think Allan Davis used to be members in the early C2M days but they never posted any times... I was once told by an A-Grade rider in Adelaide that his coach had instructed all his riders/students not to put your times up here, because it would give others too much information as to how well you were performing...

Sounds like a good opportunity for an Armstrong style bluff to me ... LA could cruise up Norton summit enjoying the sights & then post his time as a 'max' effort . Come race day the opposition wouldn't know what to expect - LOL.
