Tim commented on his own time: "Missed the Waterfall sign completely and did an extra 600m so had to extrapolate my snailpace time. Luckily the Garmin Training Centre is fairly idiot proof/ user friendly. Great opportunity to be the slowest rider on another climb!"
Tim commented on his own time: "Just getting the nerve to get back on the bike after a couple of years off. Need to get fit and drop some poundage. Royal national park to waterfall and back is a nice little ride on reasonably wide roads. 60ks with 1100m of climbing should help me get ready for audax alpine delight and classic over the summer."
