this ride includes the four longest climbs in the Dandenongs into one plus more.starts as for 1/20 up Mountain Hwy to t intersection ,at top turn right and continue along Tourist Road all the way to Burwood Hwy and do u turn at traffic lights.go back up Tourist Road to Tremont and at Ampol service station turn left up Churchill Road til it intercects with One Tree Hill Road .turn right and follow all the way back to Tourist road.turn left and follow all the way up to Olinda.at Olinda turn right towards Monbulk and follow all the way thourgh till Monbulk Road.do u turn and procede all the way back to Olinda .at Olinda turn right and go down to Mount Dandenong,turn left at Ridge Road procede all the way up to the Sky High Resterant.exit car park and follow back down to Ridge Road and turn left and follow till five ways intesection at Kalorama.turn left at Tourist Road and follow till Inverness Road which is on your right a few kms down,go all the way down Inverness Road till end where it meets with York Road do u turn and go back up Inverness till Tourist Road back up to Kalorama five ways back up to sky high resterant back down to Mt Dandenong up to Olinda back down to Sassafras back down 1/20 to The Basin .this is an excellant ride to train for the Audax Alpine Classic.if you were to trace it on a map it would closely resemble a crude Crucifix,and besides after riding this youl also see why this is also aptly named ,enjoy
